After over 14 years of providing coaching services, I have made the decision to cease trading as at the end of March 2025.  I will instead be spending more time writing, with a focus on living well and working well.

I will be taking the most popular articles from this Coaching Resources page, reworking and updating them to reflect the most recent information.

In addition I will start writing on new topics that cover living well and ageing well.
